Privacy policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
The controller for data collected through this site is Abou Boulif (WorkflowArmor), reachable at workflowarmor.contact@gmail.com.
Contact form and quote requests
- Data processed: name, email address, phone number, message content.
- Purpose: responding to your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: 3 years from last contact.
- Processing: self-hosted internal tooling (n8n) on our servers located in the European Union; internal notification to the publisher.
Free website audit
- Data processed: the website address you submit, your email address, and a copy of that site's publicly accessible home page.
- Purpose: to produce the audit report and send it to you.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- What we do not do: we never request or use access to your site. We only read the home page, exactly as a visitor sees it.
- Retention: 3 years from the request, as for any enquiry.
WhatsApp contact
If you message us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) under its own privacy policy, which may include transfers outside the European Economic Area.
B2B outreach
We occasionally contact businesses using publicly available professional contact details, based on legitimate interest (recital 47 GDPR), within the limits of art. XII.13 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the Royal Decree of 4 April 2003 (generic company addresses). Every message includes a free, immediate opt-out; any objection is permanently honoured through an internal suppression list.
Analytics
This site uses Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool running on our own EU servers: no cookies are set, no identifying data is stored, and nothing is shared with third parties. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). This is why this site shows no consent banner.
Fonts
Site fonts are hosted on our own servers. No request is made to Google Fonts, and your IP address is not passed to any third party to display text.
Recipients and processors
OVH SAS (hosting, France) · Google Ireland Ltd. (sending email) · Telegram FZ-LLC (internal notification when a form is submitted: name, email address, phone number and the beginning of your message, or the website address and email for the audit) · WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (if you contact us there). No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Transfers to Telegram FZ-LLC (United Arab Emirates) and to Meta entities outside the European Economic Area rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You may ask to be contacted without going through these channels: write to us and the internal notification will be handled differently.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them: workflowarmor.contact@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: dataprotectionauthority.be.
