Right of withdrawal (consumer clients)

If you are a consumer, meaning you act for purposes outside your trade or profession, and you enter into the contract at a distance (by email, by phone, by electronic signature) or away from our premises (at your home, for example), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the order form is signed.

To exercise this right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement: a letter to Abou Boulif, WorkflowArmor, Kalkoven 101 boîte 2, 1730 Asse, Belgium, or an email to contact@workflowarmor.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your decision before the period ends.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, without delay and at the latest fourteen days after the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment, at no cost to you.

If you asked us to start during the withdrawal period (putting your site live, starting the subscription), you pay us an amount in proportion to what was provided up to the day you tell us you are withdrawing.

You lose the right of withdrawal for the set-up of your site once it has been fully performed, meaning put live on your domain, if you expressly asked for it to start before the end of the period and acknowledged that you would lose this right at that point.

What this means in practice: the mock-up and the fourteen days of trial are free and commit you to nothing. The order form is only signed at the end of the trial, if you carry on.
